Dear Ruus Families and Students,
Welcome to the 2022-2023 school year at Ruus Elementary! As your school leader, I want to welcome parents and students of Ruus to another exciting year. Together we will work towards building relationships that will guide us to develop the necessary skills for a positive future.
My goal is to prepare all Ruus students for the demand and challenges of the 21st century workforce as I promote the concept of college and career readiness at a young age. I will do this by empowering all Ruus students to develop the skills, attitude, and study habits to move forward. Working together we will achieve this goal. Student safety will also be a priority as well as attendance, in order to provide the best educational experience possible for our students and to be able to maximize your child’s success.
My commitment is to be an effective leader as I plan, execute and enjoy the results of a strong and well structured effective elementary school. My personal involvement, dedication and professional beliefs will contribute to making this year a remarkable one. The faculty will work diligently as we move toward Common Core and continue to improve practice.
